D&D Retreat Booking – Deposit

Dates: Friday 19th – Sunday 21st June 2026
Location: The Granary, Llanhennock, South Wales

Your two-night package includes

  • Private, en-suite accommodation – a peaceful space to rest and recharge, exclusively for your party

  • All meals included:

    • Friday: Welcome Dinner

    • Saturday: Continental Breakfast, Chef-prepared Lunch and The Grand Banquet

    • Sunday: Continental Breakfast

  • Professionally catered dining – every meal prepared on-site by our private chef using fresh, local ingredients.

  • Unlimited snacks and refreshments – tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks available throughout the weekend.

  • Curated Dungeons & Dragons campaign – over 12 hours of immersive, laughter-filled gameplay led by a professional Dungeon Master.

  • Online Session Zero – meet your party and Dungeon Master online ahead of the retreat for introductions, character creation and a campaign briefing.

  • Support for new players – if you are new to D&D, we can arrange an additional introductory online session to guide you through the basics before the retreat.

  • All game materials provided – dice, character sheets, props and surprises throughout the weekend.

  • Exclusive countryside venue hire – the entire retreat space is reserved for guests of D&D Retreats.

Accommodation details

Your booking secures one private room with en-suite facilities, exclusively used and shared by your party.

Room allocation and configuration will be confirmed closer to the date of the retreat.

You may request a specific room (Snug, Hayloft or Cwtch) and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.

Deposit and payment terms

This payment is for the deposit only.

  • The full balance minus deposit must be paid at least 60 days before the retreat start date. Deposit £200 + Balancing payment £800 = £1000

  • Deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned if the full balance is not paid by the due date.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the full payment has been received.

This booking is for the deposit only and secures your place at the retreat. Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a separate payment link for the remaining balance. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the retreat begins.
Please note that your booking is not considered fully confirmed until the full balance has been paid. Deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned if the remaining balance is not settled by the deadline.
