Sample Itinerary

  • 7pm (online) – Meet your Dungeon Master for Session Zero.
    Character creation, campaign briefing, and Q&A. Set the stage for the weekend ahead.

  • 6pm – 7.30pm – Arrivals & Check-In
    Settle into your room, meet your fellow adventurers in person, and get ready for a weekend of dice rolling.

    8pm – Welcome Dinner
    Enjoy a three course meal prepared by our professional private chef.

    9pm - 12am - Session 1: The party is summoned to meet King Llewellyn in his royal amphitheatre at Caes Caradoc.

  • 9am – Continental Breakfast
    Fresh pastries, fruit, and good coffee to start your day.

    10am – 1pm – Session 2
    With plans set, the party strikes out into Llinffern.

    Exploration, investigation, and the first true tests of the journey.

  • 1pm – Lunch
    Another beautiful meal from our private chef.

    2pm – 4pm – Free Time & Side Quests
    Take a break, unwind, or strike out into the hills and local villages

    4pm – 6.30pm – Session 3
    The adventure gathers pace as the party delves deeper into the land.

  • 7.30pm – The Grand Banquet
    A feast fit for heroes, prepared by our private chef.

    From 9pm – until we finish – The Grand Finale
    The climactic showdown. Victory or defeat, this is where legends are made

  • 9am – 10am – Continental Breakfast & Awards
    Ease into the morning with a relaxed continental breakfast and fresh coffee as we gather for one final time.
    Share stories from the weekend and celebrate with our light-hearted awards.

    From 10am – Departures
    Check out, say your goodbyes and begin the journey home until the next adventure calls.
